Exchange Process

- Once approved, we will provide detailed return instructions
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, the replacement product will be shipped within 3 business days
- If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead
Return & Refund Process
- Approved returns must be sent back following the provided instructions
- Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 3 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item)
